Your data, protected
Your information is protected under Quebec's Law 25. No marketing email or SMS without your own active opt-in. Every consent is kept encrypted, as proof, for 7 years.
A connection, not advice
We don't suggest rates. We don't name a "best" broker. We look at your situation (renewal, purchase, self-employed…) and your region, then we connect you with a broker from the Courteo network who matches and is available. They take it from there — analysis, comparison, negotiation.
Quebec first
Your data stays in Quebec. We speak FR or EN from first contact. Coordinators are based in Quebec, network brokers hold an AMF license — humans who know your market.

Courteo Prêts is a small Quebec-based team working with a network of AMF-licensed mortgage brokerage firms. They handle your file. We build the platform and follow the connection. Platform and brokers are legally separate — that's what guarantees we never present ourselves as a brokerage.
